As part of managing our business performance we regularly review our database to measure Service Levels and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) to track our business.
 
Our goal is to achieve & maintain minimum Service Levels for work performed to attain a high level of our customer's satisfaction and receive return business for all our services.

Benchmark: Completion of items within 7 days of receipt.
KPI:

First attempt at given address(es) within 72 hours of receipt.
Additional 7 days for Rural/Remote/Interstate matters.
Completion, final report & invoiced within 7/14 days.
Minimum 95% completion rate within 7 days.
